Like a damage survey, we are appointed directly by the insurance company involved, as their designated marine expert. 

As such, we offer nature and extent of damage reports. We establish a cause (where possible), before including estimates to repair the damage. If the damage was caused by a third party, we can issue hold liable letters on behalf of the insurer to mitigate the loss. We can also authorise repairs to proceed, once a claim has been accepted.
